Having worked with other property managers I can easily say RPM North Valley is the best property management company around Phoenix. While I'm not sure any property manager will ever meet the expectations of its owners, RPM comes pretty close. The prices are fair, services is better than anyone else, and most importantly, you can trust them. I would highly recommend RPM.

RPM has managed my property since early 2008. They don't charge a leasing fee which has saved me thousands of dollars over the last year or so. I know exactly what to expect every month because they let me know if there are any large expenses before I get sent my money, and when I have questions they actually answer the phone and answer them for me. RPM North Valley has been a godsend. They provide straightforward fees, they answer the phone, communicate regularly when my property is vacant. I have tried multiple companies in Phoenix, and no one provides the level of service that RPM provides.

The last company we used prior to RPM, was a huge mistake. This "other" company promised that they spent millions of dollars every month on marketing. What they did do was take our money and take out a big ad in the AZ Republic about themselves. They offered a real low management fee, or so we thought. By the time our property was leased, we had paid some kind of freshen up fees, a lease up fee, and some other administration fees, and all that after a required marketing fee (for them!). Getting our property leased cost us at least $1500. Do the math, those low fee companies actually cost a lot more than they advertise a month (I figured about 16%). RPM got us going for significantly less.

Real Property Management is different. They are extremely reliable. When I email or call them, they get back to me the same day or the next.
